Data Retention

KV8 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil legal, financial and operational obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Active account data — retained for the full duration of your account and for a period after account closure.
• Transaction and financial records — PKR deposit and withdrawal records, including JazzCash and Easypaisa transaction references, are retained for a standard period to support dispute resolution and record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and identity documents — retained for the period required after account closure to meet identity verification record-keeping standards.
• Support and communications data — live chat transcripts and support tickets are retained for a reasonable period to support dispute resolution and quality assurance.
