KV8 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

Introduction

Welcome to KV8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and KV8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services available on the KV8 platform, including sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, online slots, live casino, the KV8 mobile app and the VIP programme.

KV8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in PKR and the platform supports local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets.

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on KV8, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

KV8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use KV8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KV8 does not permit access to players under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf — corporate or agent registrations are not permitted under a standard player account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a KV8 employee where that employee is involved in platform operations, odds setting or promotions.
• You must register only one account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in all balances and winnings being voided.
• Your account must be registered with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.

KV8 takes age verification seriously. If there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account will be restricted pending verification. Winnings accumulated during a restricted period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on KV8. Attempting to open additional accounts — whether under a different name, email address, phone number or payment method — is a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. KV8 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team via live chat immediately and change your password.

KV8 may request identity verification documents at any point, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an account review. This is a standard security and compliance measure. Requested documents typically include a valid CNIC, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Accurate information required — name, date of birth, contact details must be truthful and current.
• Account security — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Verification compliance — KYC documents must be provided when requested.
• Account closure — you may request closure of your account at any time via live chat support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on KV8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KV8 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and cards. No currency conversion fees are charged by KV8, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges outside of KV8's control.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your KV8 balance instantly. Bank transfers and other methods may take longer depending on the processing times of your payment provider. KV8 cannot guarantee processing times for third-party payment channels.

Withdrawal requests are processed by KV8 within standard operational timeframes. VIP members from Platinum tier upwards receive priority withdrawal processing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits under your account, or a verified account in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section below.
• KV8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts that do not match the name on your KV8 registration.

KV8 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard PKR transactions, but players are advised to check their own payment provider's terms for any incoming transfer fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

KV8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of opt-in. The following general bonus conditions apply to all KV8 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements — bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may have different contribution rates. Details are provided in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry — all bonuses and free bets have an expiry date. Unused or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account after the expiry date without compensation.
• One bonus at a time — unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, only one bonus can be active at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in one or more being voided.
• Abuse prevention — KV8 monitors bonus usage. Accounts showing patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including hedging, arbitrage betting or multi-accounting — will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account review.
• PSL and cricket promotions — seasonal cricket bonuses, PSL reload offers and special event free bets are subject to their own terms published at the time of the promotion.

KV8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered will remain valid until their expiry date.

Sports Betting Rules

KV8 Sports covers cricket, football, Esports, basketball, tennis and more. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on KV8:

Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number. Until that confirmation is issued, the bet has not been placed. KV8 is not liable for bets that fail to process due to connectivity issues or technical errors on the player's device or network.

Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may change before confirmation. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, KV8 will confirm the bet at the updated odds unless "Accept All Odds Changes" is enabled in your bet slip settings.

Void bets: KV8 reserves the right to void b ets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned, the market is settled in error, there is a clear pricing error, or the event does not meet the minimum completion requirements for the relevant sport. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's account.

Cricket and PSL markets: For T20 and PSL matches, a match must complete at least ten overs per side (where weather or other interruptions apply) for most markets to stand. Specific market rules for rain-affected matches, DLS method adjustments and super overs are detailed in the individual market rules accessible from the sports section.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event — these are displayed in the bet slip.
• KV8 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any account at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may shift.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to delay in data feed — will be voided.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the individual rules of each leg's sport and market.

Slots & Live Casino

KV8's slots library and live casino section are provided in partnership with third-party game suppliers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) and are subject to independent testing by their respective providers. KV8 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and is displayed within the individual game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. Stakes will be returned.
• Disconnection during a live casino round does not void a hand or spin already in progress — the round will complete and results will be recorded.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and subject to real-time fluctuation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are set by the provider and displayed within each game.
• KV8 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title from the slots or live casino library without prior notice.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay that affects the outcome of a bet, KV8 will review the incident using server-side logs and resolve the matter fairly. Players experiencing technical issues during any game should contact live chat support with the game name, date, time and approximate bet amount.

VIP Programme

The KV8 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Tier progression is based on cumulative deposit and wagering activity over a rolling period. KV8 reserves the right to determine tier thresholds and to adjust them at any time.

VIP benefits including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority and dedicated account manager access are subject to maintaining the qualifying activity level for your current tier. Players who fall below the qualifying threshold during a review period may be moved to a lower tier. KV8 will notify affected players before any tier downgrade takes effect.

• Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless the specific VIP offer states otherwise.
• Dedicated account managers are available from Gold tier upwards during standard operating hours.
• VIP-exclusive offers and promotions are communicated directly via your account manager or the VIP promotions section of the platform.
• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the individual account holder.
• KV8 reserves the right to revoke VIP status if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

KV8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of the platform. Online gaming and sports betting should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If it starts to feel like a financial obligation, a compulsion or a source of stress, please use the self-management tools available in your account settings or contact our support team.

KV8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits to manage your spending.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a set period of days or weeks.
• Self-exclusion — close your account for an extended period if you feel you need a longer break from the platform.

KV8 does not market to players who have self-excluded. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity. KV8 may use age verification measures at any time to confirm a player's eligibility.

Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited on KV8 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account for the same individual.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, hedging and arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that KV8 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent or contrary to the integrity of the platform.

KV8 reserves the right to retain any funds in an account under investigation for prohibited activity until the investigation is concluded. If prohibited activity is confirmed, KV8 may forfeit the full account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Liability & Disputes

KV8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous and error-free service, KV8 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and technical failures may occasionally affect availability.

KV8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime or temporary unavailability of any feature or market.
• Loss of internet connectivity on the player's side during a bet placement or game round.
• Errors or omissions in third-party game or data provider feeds.
• Incorrect odds or market information resulting from a data feed error, provided such errors are corrected promptly.
• Decisions made by sporting bodies — including match cancellations, team changes, DLS application or over reductions in cricket — that affect the outcome of a market.

Dispute resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact KV8 live chat support within 7 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. KV8 will review the dispute using server-side records and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. KV8's decision on disputed bets is final once a full review has been completed.

Changes to These Terms

KV8 may update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the KV8 platform after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
